PowerLag and FlatWrist Pro - The Ultimate Training Combination.

POWERLAG PRO - CREATES CLUB LAG FOR POWER: Trains your hands to maximize club lag for power and consistency. Provides immediate feedback when your wrist is fully cocked.

Common Misconception: a common misconception or a belief that other training aids focus on is promoting the idea that the leading hand creates the lag, which is completely wrong. One can only create proper lag by training your (back) right hand in case of right handed golfer to create a proper lag for maximum power.

We highly recommend that you ask your local PGA/LPGA instructor for proper advise.

Ball Compression hit down

Trains your hands for proper takeaway (For Pitch Shots)

  • Prevents over rotation of the hands.
  • The (Wrist and Hand Guide Needle) gives immediate visual feedback, if your hands and arms are over or under rotating
  • Practice proper hand positions as shown in the figures above in front of a mirror
  • Your takeaway is one area where you have very little room for personal preference
  • On a driving range practice hitting small chip and pitch shots in order to ingrain proper lasting feeling

NOTE: FULL SHOTS—Majority of the tour players set their wrist much later in their back swing, however, but it is ok to set your wrist early in your back swing. Please keep in mind and make sure that you take your club back for the first three feet or so in one piece.

Flat Wrist Training Aid - Promotes Falt Wrist Through Impact Zone

Learn proper hand position before impact

  • Retain the wrist angle for proper release of the hands at impact
  • The (Wrist and Hand Guide Needle) will provide you immediate visual feedback, if your leading wrist is not at a proper position before impact
  • Practice the move in front of a mirror as shown in the figure above
  • Your hands position before the impact will dictate your ball flight and trajectory
  • Practice hitting small chip and pitch shots in order to ingrain proper lasting feeling

Golf Impact Position

Learn proper hand position before and at impact

  • Naturally un-hinge your wrist through impact, when done properly it will lead to proper squaring of the club face through impact
  • Notice how the (Wrist and Hand Guide Needle) is pointing downwards, this will ensure that you are hitting down and compressing the ball
  • Practice this move in front of the mirror or on the range.
  • Start by hitting 100 to 200 small pitch shots and than move up to 3/4 and full shots

Learn To Draw and Fade The Ball

Learn to draw the ball

Low Handicappers

  • As you know there are number of ways to hit a controlled draw, but we recommend using a combination of your hips and shoulder rotation along with arm rotation.
  • Slow your hips just a fraction through impact and allow you hands to naturally release, this will ensure nice controlled draw.
  • If you completely rely on your hands rotation for a draw it will be very hard to control the amount of spin and distance.

High Handicappers

  • Step 1: Take a wider stance than normal
  • Step 2: Close the face of the club by few degrees
  • Step 3: Make sure your right shoulder stays behind during the down swing
  • Step 4: Emulate the position in the (figure above) by maintaining a triangle formed between your arms and chest after the impact.
  • NOTE: Make sure that your left arm has fully rotated and your right arm gets over the left arm. (Notice how the (Wrist and Hand Guide Needle) is pointing downwards.
  • You will only be able to achieve this hand and arm position if your club has traveled and came from the inside.

Learn to fade the ball

Low Handicappers

  • There are number of ways to hit a controlled fade, but we recommend using a combination of your hips and shoulder rotation along with no arm rotation.
  • Fire your hips through impact zone and allow your right shoulder to come over slightly, then simply turn your whole body through impact. Hold on to your club in order to minimize any release of the club.
  • Completely relying on your arms for a controlled fade can be hard to do and is less reliable.

High Handicappers

  • Step 1: Narrow your stance
  • Step 2: Open your club face slightly
  • Step 3: Emulate the position in the (figure above) by maintaining a triangle formed between your arms and chest after the impact.
  • NOTE: Make sure the your left arm has NOT rotated and your right arm STAYS UNDER the left arm. (Notice how the (Wrist and Hand Guide Needle) is pointing upwards.

Golf Swing Plane Training Aid

Master Your Swing Plane

  • Place and secure the (Wrist and Hand Guide Needle) as show in the figure above.
  • This provides a visual feedback as to where butt of the club is pointing.
  • BACK SWING: 3/4 Position—The needle should be just inside the ball
  • DOWN SWING: 3/4 Position—The needle should be pointing right at the ball

I have bought training aids over the years, some more useful than others. These are the best I have ever used. A must have to improve short game. I have also added more distance to my driver and irons. But, where these training aids made the most difference was 75 yards in - now I can make that ball SPIN LIKE A HIPPIE HEAD. The DVD is very good and full of useful drills. I strongly recommend for short game - I use the FW for putting - Fixed my putting yips instantly. Good Investment.

TAKE YOUR GAME TO THE NEXT LEVEL

These two training aids will take your game to the next level - Working with these products are very easy and give your am immediate and good feel for creating the lag.

In just few weeks I have full confidence in lagging the club and fully rotating my body through the short, which creates lots of club head speed with little effort. What I love about these products is that these products are fundamentally sound.

I always have these products in my bag, and I like to hit 3/4 shots before starting the round and chipping - These are very good products to get your club started on the proper plane and hitting down on the ball. I have improved my short game tremendously - now I can control the trajectory and the spin on the ball. EXCELLENT PRODUCT

FIXED YIPS: the company does not advertise that the FlatWrist can be used for putting - I gave the FlatWrist to my Friend who struggles with putting Yips - He has seen a big improvement in his putting as the FlatWrist keeps his wrist firm through the stroke.
